For over ten years, Wakefield Music Concerts has
presented more than 100 concerts featuring some of the world’s
finest musicians and ensembles. Debuting in 1994 with the group
Duo Calace from Luxembourg, the series has featured a wide variety
of musical styles including jazz, folk, classical, blues, flamenco,
bluegrass, dixieland, world, celtic and more. Presented in a comfortable
and intimate setting, some of the featured performers in the past
have included Pierre Bensusan, Northern Lights, Ali Ryerson with
Joe Beck, Paul Geremia, Cercie Miller, Peppino D’Agostino,
Yarina, Dan Crary and more.
